The Flash VS Quicksilver

Biography-

Barry Allen was born to Henry and Nora Allen in the small midwestern town of Fallville, Iowa. When he was a child, his mother was killed and his father was convicted of the crime. The drive to prove his father was innocent gave Barry a strong belief in justice.Barry loved chemistry from an early age, and that helped his skills as a farmer. He won first place in the Fallville County Fair Agricultural Competition, a prize which included a scholarship to Sun City University. While a senior, Barry helped the authorities apprehend a bank robber, and he was offered a job as a police scientist for the Central City Police Department Scientific Detection Bureau. He graduated in three years with a major in organic chemistry and a minor in criminology. He then moved to Central City and got an apartment with a laboratory in the back. One night during an electrical storm, Barry returned to an experiment after a short break. All of a sudden, a bolt of lightning streaked through a window, shattered a chemical cabinet and covered Barry in the electrified chemicals. As a result, Barry found that he could run extremely fast and had matching reflexes. He donned a set of red tights sporting a lightning bolt and called himself the Flash.
Powers-

The Flash is able to resist high-level friction, inertia, air pressure, reduced oxygen, and kinetic impact.
The Flash has remarkable healing capacities. His molecules move at accelerated rates, making his metabolism mend damage much quicker and more efficiently than normal humans. Most damage heals in hours if not minutes with no treatment or lingering signs. His vitals are enhances as well which drastically reduced his aging process while extending his health and longevity
The Flash can vibrate different body parts for various effects. He can do this to mask his form from being clearly perceived or distort his vocal cords to disguise his voice. His vibrations can forcibly expel any toxins in him. He can also generate enough heat to recover and even be kept thermally insulated from extreme cold. he can vibrate his limbs to seamlessly grind through highly solid targets, which he can use to harm or kill a person.
The Flash can create small tremors to induce extreme amounts of jolt on any target he touches, even disrupt the inter-molecular bonds and cause it to shatter by vibrating at varying frequencies and with different levels of force
The Flash can physically pass through solid objects by vibrating his molecules at the frequency of air. He can also pass through the highly complex carbine while in another universe that had vibrational frequencies differing from his own. Alternatively, he can use this as a weapon by passing his punch through a person’s body, incapacitating them.
The Flash can produce yellow electricity from his body. While mostly used to boost his speed to higher levels, the intensity of it can interfere with surrounding electronics and overwhelm electric-absorption. He can focus the energy into a specific part of his body to produce a strong static shock on contact with the target. He can also harness this electricity to repeatedly hurl lightning to stun or repel enemies, and also electrify a surface.
The Flash can expand his Speed Force energy to protect others he carries while moving at such extreme speeds. He can also siphon the speed from another speedster to bolster his own.
The Flash is able to take in and retain information as fast and efficiently. Even while using his raw speed, he can clearly think, react to events, and perform actions long before normal humans can perceive them. This lets him learn in a small fraction of the normal time.
The Flash can perceive the world as if it is nearly frozen, as well as see and hear normally, even while moving at speeds faster than sound, where this would normally be impossible. He can also perceive the attacks of other powerful speedsters.
The Flash is able to carry multiple people at once while speeding away with them. When charging his momentum, he can smash through machinery with his bare hands or send opponents flying through the air without first running.
The Flash has flawless coordination, equilibrium and dexterity. He can change direction with immediate sharp turns without sliding or losing balance and instantly stop running on the spot. He can jump and run along falling debris and launch himself tremendous distances with little build-up.
The Flash can take attacks and exertion, even survive impacts that would easily kill normal people. While not invulnerable nor immune to pain, he can withstand powerful lightning bolts, concussive shockwaves, sonic blasts, and inhumanly strong strikes, only being momentarily stunned.
The Flash can run across vertical structures and over large masses of water.
The Flash can generate great amounts of physical force through kinetic energy, simulating superhuman strength, even in a stationary position. He can also propel himself through the air to jump tremendous heights and distances.
The Flash can create substantial frictional force with any object he touches, and exert enough force to send people flying through the air. He can redirect a launched bullet with no loss of force and hurl through a powerful barrier. He can completely remove the physical force from massive tidal waves, stabilize a giant singularity, or dispel F3 tornadoes by running around them. He can also snap his fingers to ignite flammable gas with the friction.
The Flash can use his speed to generate air flows on various levels and for various effects. He can create vortexes to suffocate people or extinguish fires by forming it around them. He can create large and strong tornadoes, able to repel massive targets. Alternatively, he can use this skill to propel himself through the air as a pseudo-form of flying.
The Flash can move fast enough to break open portals between dimensions, allowing him to travel to different universes. he can break open portals of his own accord and consciously chose his destination, even into the Speed Force itself.
The Flash can generate illusions of himself to make it appear as if he is in many places at once, when in reality he is simply bouncing back and forth too fast for the human mind to perceive the difference. He can create dozens of after-images, allowing him to disorientate his enemies and then catch them off guard.
The Flash can breach the temporal barriers, letting him enter different points in time. He can do this in one of two ways; either enter timelines independent from himself and unaffected by his travels or perform a time do-over, wherein he “merges” with his temporal counterpart to be fully immerse in the timeline. Regardless of the changes he makes, his powers allow him to retain all memories of the previous timeline in addition to the new timeline and differentiate between them.
The Flash is able to “create” a time remnant by traveling back to moments before his current self time travels, hailing from a future that no longer exists. This allows him to be at two places at once, enabling him to interact with the world for two separate actions simultaneously. If desired, he can create dozens of time remnants at once.
The Flash can handle the stresses of extreme racing without noticeable distress, letting him function much longer than normal humans unhindered. His enhanced stamina is due to his augmented physiology, which builds up little to no lactic acid or fatigue toxins.

Biography-

Pietro was raised by Django and Marya Maximoff, a gypsy couple. As an adolescent Pietro discovered that he had a peculiar talent. When Django began to steal food to feed his starving family, enraged villagers attacked the gypsy camp. Using his phenomenal speed, Pietro fled from the camp. Over the next few years, Pietro wandered Central Europe, living off the land. He soon learned the Avengers were seeking new members and Pietro joined the team. Alongside Captain America and Hawkeye, he remained with the Avengers for many years as Quicksilver.

Powers-

Quicksilver has a fast metabolism and can heal more rapidly than the average human.
Quicksilver’s speed allows him to perform such feats as creating cyclone-strength winds and running up walls or across bodies of water.
Quicksilver’s mind can perceive information with a photographic memory short term, becoming faster than the speed of thought, because he can shift his thoughts at a speed faster than normal thought.
Quicksilver can cause vibrations in his body to transfer to solid material, and has superior agility and reflexes
Quicksilver has the ability to displace himself out of mainstream time and space and “jump” into the future.
Quicksilver can summon several time-displaced duplicates of himself and appear to teleport by “jumping” into the future and then returning to the present at a new location.
Quicksilver’s reaction time is faster than a normal human’s and the speed at which his brain processes information is heightened to a level commensurate with his bodily speed, enabling him to perceive his surroundings while traveling at high velocities.
Quicksilver is capable of running faster than the speed of sound. He has sufficient energy reserves that enable him to operate at peak capacity for at least several hours before reducing his speed to replenish his body’s store of energy.
Quicksilver has plucked an arrow out of the air from a standing start, and has dodged machine gun fire.
Quicksilver can create cyclone-like gusts of wind, which are able to knock a man off his feet.
Quicksilver is able to run to oversea continents without having to stop and he can run up the sides of buildings effortlessly,
Quicksilver is capable of easily reaching high supersonic speeds between Mach 4 (3,080 miles per hour) and Mach 5 (3,691, miles per hour).
Quicksilver is immune to the effects of friction, reduced oxygen and impact upon his body while moving at super-speeds.
Quicksilver has the ability to shift his molecules through solid objects, and transport people at speeds greater than the speed of sound without injuring them.
Quicksilver body is capable of resisting tremendous impact forces that could easily crush and kill a human without suffering any serious external or internal injuries.
Quicksilver metabolism enables him to heal much faster then normal and have an extended health and longevity.
Quicksilver possesses superhuman strength in his lower body as part of his body’s adaptations for running. With his upper body he can lift approximately 1000 pounds while his legs can press approximately 1 ton under optimal conditions.
Quicksilver can sense vibrational patterns in his environment that enable him to always find magnetic north. This allows him to navigate and change course instinctively despite blurring at high speeds or lack of landmarks, like over open ocean.
Quicksilver is able to vibrate his molecular structure at high speeds. Quicksilver can destabilize atomic matter by accelerating the target object’s molecule structure, causing it to fall apart or explode usually by touching it.
Quicksilver has the ability to fly for short periods of time.
