Biography –

T’Challa was the first biological son of T’Chaka, king of the African nation of Wakanda, a secluded technologically advanced country that contained the only source of the rare ultra-durable metal known as Vibranium. T’Challa was taught the properties of Vibranium when he was still a kid, and his lessons in royal duty began at age five.

Powers –

Black Panthers senses are so powerful that he can pick up a prey’s scent and memorize tens of thousands of individual ones.

Black Panther is strong enough to lift approximately 800 lbs. 

The title “Black Panther” is a rank of office, chieftain of the Wakandan Panther Clan. As chieftain, the Panther is entitled to consume a special heart-shaped herb which grants him superhumanly acute senses, enhanced strength, speed, agility, stamina, durability, healing, and reflexes.

Black Panther has access to a vast collection of advanced Wakandan technological and military hardware, and the support of his nation’s wide array of scientists and warriors. The Wakandan military has been described as one of the most powerful on Earth. 

Black Panther is a skilled hunter, tracker, strategist, politician, inventor, and scientist. He is proficient in physics and advanced technology, and is also an inventor.

Black Panther is rigorously trained in acrobatics and hand-to-hand combat. He is skilled in various forms of unarmed combat, with a unique hybrid fighting style that incorporates acrobatics and aspects of animal mimicry.

Black Panther wears a high-tech suit as that has a mask which hides his features and provides him with overall stealth capabilities. With vibranium threads woven throughout, the suit offers protection from gunfire as well as the elements, and responds to the smallest touch. In keeping with the panther motif, the gear also features retractable vibranium claws, night vision optics, and is ultra-light and form-fitting.

The Black Panther costume absorbs kinetic energy, and then redistributes it, allowing him to either increase the strength of his kicks and punches, or release all the energy at once in the form of a powerful energy pulse.

Black Panther is the recipient of the nation’s rare heart-shaped herb, which endows him with enhanced strength, speed, agility, and stamina.

Black Panthers vision extends into the ultraviolet and infrared areas of the electromagnetic spectrum, allowing him to see in near-total darkness and retain the same level of clarity. His hearing is similarly enhanced, enabling him to detect sounds normal humans can’t and sounds they ordinarily could but at much greater distances.

Black Panther can memorize tens of thousands of scents. His sense of smell enables him to recognize people/objects by scent, even if they are well hidden. He can track a target by scent and track them to the exact location, can smell fear, and detect if someone is lying by change in body odor. 

Black Panther is able to run and move at speeds superior to any Olympic-class runners, able to run at speeds up to 35 mph.  However, when pushed to his limit, T’Challa can potentially run up to 41-45 mph. He also has the ability to attack faster than the eye can follow. His combat speed seems more enhanced than anything else, as he has frequently kept up with other enemies in combat, and blitzed people before they pull their trigger fingers.

Black Panthers body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing poisons in his muscles and his musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins than the muscles of an ordinary human being, granting him exceptional endurance, and lung capacity. He can physically exert himself at peak capacity for an hour before fatigue toxins begin to impair him. His lung capacity is at the peak human levels, enabling him to hold his breath underwater for 6 minutes.

Black Panthers skin, muscle, and bone tissues are augmented to levels that are much denser and harder than normal humans, making him far more durable and resistant to damage to various degrees.

Black Panthers enhanced healing speed and capabilities allows him to have a conditioned metabolism and immune system that enables extraordinarily efficient healing.

Black Panthers equilibrium, balance, flexibility, dexterity, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels superior to any Olympic-level athlete that has ever competed. This gives him cat-like agility. He has been seen to run barefoot on utility pole wires, and leap across an entire opera room.

Black Panthers endurance is about double that of an Olympic athlete. He can continue to function while fighting despite being exhausted.

Black Panthers reaction time are beyond the natural limits of an Olympic-level athlete, allowing him to dodge multiple gunfire at point-blank range with ease. He has been noted to have reflexes faster than an actual panther. 

Black Panther is a polymath genius and has an eidetic (aka photographic) memory. His knowledge of physics and engineering ranks him among the top eight intellects of the world. He possesses accomplishments such as a PhD in physics from Oxford University. He also combined alchemy with science to create a new scientific field called Shadow Physics, a dangerous discipline which allowed him to track Vibranium on a quantum level, craft weapons which would be particularly effective against Vibranium, and create an unstable teleportation device which at the time ripped apart anyone using it with great healing ability.

Black Panther has been groomed to be a warrior since birth. He is a master in practically all forms of armed and unarmed combat, having mastered various styles of martial arts from around the world. 

Black Panther is a rigorously trained gymnast and acrobat. He is particularly accomplished at gymnastics, acrobatics, and brachiation (swinging from one branch to another using one’s arms).

Black Panther  is a master marksman adept with hunting knives, firearms, and other projectile weaponry.

Black Panther is a genius tactician, strategist, and leader who is practically peerless. His prowess is such that he is able to out think and out maneuver individuals such as Tony Stark, and other geniuses.

Black Panther can invent various devices with special properties when needed. He possesses engineering abilities and intellect that makes him a peer and has proven to be able to invent and create weaponry that rivals their engineering capabilities. He can also duplicate practically any other technologies after learning how they work or by glancing at the designs.

Black Panther is Wakandan Royalty, thus he has access to a vast amount of wealth due to the advanced technology he has created/invented, and the stores of vibranium possessed by his country.

Biography –

Bruce Wayne is born to Dr. Thomas Wayne and his wife Martha, two very wealthy and charitable Gotham City socialites in 1915. Bruce is brought up in Wayne Manor, with it’s wealthy splendor, and lives a happy and privileged existence until the age of eight, when his parents are killed by a small-timed criminal named while on their way home from a movie theater. Bruce Wayne swears an oath to rid the city of the evil that had taken his parents’ lives. He engages in intense intellectual and physical training; however, he realizes that these skills alone would not be enough. “Criminals are superstitious and cowardly lot,” Wayne remarks, “so my disguise must be able to strike terror into their hearts. I must be a creature of the night, black, terrible…” As if responding to his desires, a bat suddenly flies through the window, inspiring Bruce to take on the persona of Batman.

Powers – 

Batman has no inherent superhuman powers; he relies on “his own scientific knowledge, detective skills, and athletic prowess”.  Batman’s inexhaustible wealth gives him access to advanced technologies, and as a proficient scientist he is able to use and modify these technologies to his advantage.

Batman has been described as having a genius-level intellect, being one of the greatest martial artists in the DC Universe, and having peak human physical conditioning. As a polymath, his knowledge and expertise in countless disciplines is nearly unparalleled by any other character in the DC Universe.

Batman has trained extensively in various different fighting styles, making him one of the best hand-to-hand fighters in the DC Universe. He has fully utilized his photographic memory to master a total of 127 different forms of martial arts. 

Batman is strongly disciplined, and he has the ability to function under great physical pain and resist most forms of telepathy and mind control. He is a master of disguise, multilingual, and an expert in espionage.

Batman is highly skilled in stealth movement and escapology which allows him to appear and disappear at will and to break free of nearly inescapable deathtraps with little to no harm.

Batman is an expert in interrogation techniques and his intimidating and frightening appearance alone is often all that is needed in getting information from suspects. Despite having the potential to harm his enemies, Batman’s most defining characteristic is his strong commitment to justice and his reluctance to take a life.

Batman utilizes a vast arsenal of specialized, high-tech vehicles and gadgets in his war against crime, the designs of which usually share a bat motif. 

Batman’s utility belt contains an assortment of crime-fighting tools, weapons, and investigative and technological instruments. Batman carry’s a projectile which shoots a retractable grappling hook attached to a cable. This allows him to attach to distant objects, be propelled into the air, and thus swing from the rooftops of Gotham City. An exception to the range of Batman’s equipment are guns, which he refuses to use on principle, since a gun was used in his parents’ murder.

Batman’s secret headquarters called the Batcave consists of a series of caves beneath his mansion. As his command center, the Batcave serves multiple purposes; supercomputer, surveillance, redundant power-generators, forensics lab, medical infirmary, private study, training dojo, fabrication workshop, arsenal, hangar and garage. It houses the vehicles and equipment Batman uses in his campaign to fight crime.
